Maybe you get told this all the time, but the note you enclosed was very much appreciated and the standard of service you provided is very high ( this doesn’t seem to happen very often now). Thank-you again for helping me; (the underwear is to go under my wedding dress and so therefore is very important to me, it all part of helping my dream day come together) and your emails and note has made me feel that I was nearly in the shop; I will definitely be purchasing from you again….

I am just writing to let you know how pleased my mum and I were with the excellent service we received on a recent trip to your shop. You were recommended to us by a friend who had also recently visited you, and said happy she was, so we took an afternoon trip across the border from Marsden.
I have to admit we were both a bit nervous about being measured and fitted as it is a bit embarrassing, but you put us at ease immediately and had us kitted out in new underwear in no time, plus we had a bit of a laugh along the way.
