Our Commitment To Privacy Your privacy is improtant to us.  To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

 

The Information We Collect This notice applies to the information collected and submitted on this website.  On some pages you can order products, make requests and register to become a member,  the types of personal information collected at these pages are: Name and postal address / Email address / Telephone Number.  We do not share your personal information with any third party without your consent.

 

Delivery Period Following receipt and clearance of payment, all purchases will be posted within 5 working days, subject to stock availability.  All parcels are dispatched by recorded delivery and must be signed for upon receipt.  If there is a problem with your order we will inform you as soon as possible.

 

Payment Methods We accept all major credit/debit cards via our payment gateway Paypal.  It is also possible to pay over the phone on 0161 627 0718.

 

Gift Vouchers Unfortunately we are unable to accept Frillys Gift Vouchers as payment or part payment.  We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

Online Ordering & Card Security  All credit/debit card orders placed online are made on a secure, encrypted server to ensure the privacy and security of your information.  All payment transactions take place on the secure encrypted server of our payment processor Paypal.  Please note we never have access to your card details at any time.

 

Returns  We are happy to give refunds or exchanges on items returned unworn and with all labels attached and with the original receipt.  In the interest of hygiene please ensure when trying on briefs/thongs/swimwear etc that you try them over your own briefs.  If trying on bras/swimwear please once again ensure that you do not have any false tan/body lotions or oils on.  Any items returned that are not in a saleable condition will not be refunded or exchanged.

 

Uk orders must be returned within 14 days of original receipt.

Europe/Worldwide orders must be returned within 28 days of original receipt.

 

Please leave sufficient time for your goods to reach us within the specified return period.  We will always allow for disruptions to postal services and severe/adverse weather conditions that might result in delays to your returned items.

 

Please note that goods remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Frillys.  We strongly recommend all returns are sent recorded delivery so that should your parcel go astray you the customer will be able to track your parcel through Royal Mail.

 

If returning faulty goods either for an exchange or refund proof of postage must be obtained so that we can refund your postage.

 

PLEASE NOTE FREE POSTAGE ONLY APPLIES TO FULL PRICED GOODS AND NOT SALE ITEMS

 

Like for Like Exchanges  If you require an exchange for the same value you will need to pay postage for the exchanged item(s).

You can choose to pay the additional postage by telephoning us on 0161 627 0718.

Exchanges of a Higher Value  If your exchange is for a higher value than your returned goods you will have 2 options:

1. You can choose to pay the difference by telephoning us on 0161 627 0718.

2. You can request a full refund for your initial order then you can place a new order for the required exchanged item(s) adding the postal charge at checkout.

 

Post and Packaging  UK standard delivery by 2nd class recorded is free of charge for all full priced goods only and only for your initial order.  If you require an exchange because you have ordered the wrong size or you have simply changed your mind a delivery charge will be charged at the rate of £2.95 per exchange order not per item.  If you require an exchange because your item(s) is faulty we will send your replacement free of charge.

 

If you would prefer your first initial order to be sent 1st class recorded, we will be more than happy to do this, you simply need to add £1.00 extra by choosing the 1st class additional postal option to your order at checkout. 

 

UK 2nd and Subsequent Exchanges/Replacements Charges:

UK 2nd class standard post is £1.99 - NOT TRACKED

UK 2nd class signed for delivery is £2.95

UK 1st class signed for delivery is £3.95

European/Worldwide Charges/UK Next Day Delivery Charges:

European signed for delivery is £9.50

Worldwide signed for delivery is £12.95

UK next day delivery will be £7.95 (guaranteed to get to you the following working day, subject to stock availability)

UK next day delivery for delivery on a Saturday will be £11.95 ie orders processed Friday for Saturday delivery.

 

Next Day Delivery Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the following working day ie after 1pm Monday will be processed and despatched Tuesday for arrival Wednesday.  However, we will always endeavour to send orders out the day they arrive (subject to stock availability).

 

Please note Royal Mail requires a signature for recorded mail and next day delivery.  Please ensure that somebody is available to sign for your parcel.  Any items returned to us because nobody was available to sign and/or were not collected from the post office will be subject to a postal charge of £2.95 or £7.95 for next day to repost your items.

PLEASE NOTE 2ND CLASS STANDARD POST DOES NOT HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER ON THE RECEIPT THEREFORE CANNOT BE TRACKED SHOULD IT GO MISSING.  WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSING PARCELS 

Please note if you live outside Europe your goods may be subject to your Countries Import Duty Tax.  These charges must be paid by you the customer as we do not have any control over these charges.
